Job Description

Responsibilities -

  • Identify potential clients through various channels ( walk in, referral, broker, digital platforms, etc) and generate leads.
  • Conduct site visits with clients and provide complete information about the project, amenities, pricing and payment plans.
  • Handle client negotiation, address queries and ensure smooth closure of deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, broker and channel partners.
  • Regular review of sales performance and updated report preparation.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.


Eligibility - 

  • Graduate/ Post graduate ( any field).
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in real estate. 
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market and trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM Software, MS Office and sales reporting tools
