As Sales Head - Residential Solar, you'll spearhead our B2C sales strategy in Noida and Greater Noida, driving lead conversions through innovative consumer finance models.   • Key ResponsibilitiesLead residential solar sales for independent homes and RWAs, targeting 2KW+ systems with our no-cost financing (100% finance, 0 downpayment, 0 processing fee).
  • Build and mentor a sales team, ensuring high conversion rates through structured training and performance tracking.
  • Oversee pre-sales checks: Rooftop space (85 sq ft/KW), sanctioned load matching solar capacity, no overdue bills, and finance eligibility (CIBIL 600+, no dues, min Rs.20,000 salary for salaried applicants).
  • Drive WhatsApp retargeting for follow-ups.
  • Collaborate on consumer finance partnerships, subsidy applications, and DISCOM liaisoning to close deals swiftly.
  • Monitor metrics like TAT (meeting to conversion), team performance, and regional penetration for continuous optimization.
  • QualificationsCurrently in residential sales for at least 3 years, leading a team (even small) with a strong grasp of conversions and consumer finance (e.g., loans, EMIs).
  • Proven track record in B2C sales, ideally in solar/renewables, telecom, or consumer durables—understanding market dynamics in Noida/Greater Noida.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; tech-savvy for CRM tools and performance marketing.
  • Immediate joiner ready for 6-day weeks in a fast-paced startup—passion for green energy a must!
