Position :Sales & Operations Manager

(Team Size: 5 Executives)

Role & Responsibilities:✔ Sales & Marketing: Lead generation, client meetings, property sales, and rentals.

✔ Rental & Lease Deals: Manage residential & commercial leasing.

✔ Interior & Civil Work Coordination: Assist clients with interiors, renovations, and modular setups (if skilled).

✔ Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 5 sales executives.

✔ Client Relationship: Build long-term trust and repeat business.

What Makes You the Right Fit:✔ Minimum 2 Years Experience in Real Estate Sales/Rentals.

✔ Strong sales and negotiation skills.

✔ Knowledge of interiors, architecture, or civil work (added advantage).

✔ Passion for Self-Growth & Life Philosophy – Loves reading self-help books, personal development, and understanding life deeply.

✔ Creative, disciplined, and leadership qualities.
