Sales Manager

Brick Yard Realty Private Limited in Noida is hiring Real Estate Sales professionals (0.5–6+ years experience, 12th pass minimum) for a full-time role (9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Mon-Sat) focused on driving revenue through residential, commercial, and plot sales. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings/site visits, negotiating deals, and building client relationships. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, approach, and convert potential clients into sales; achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Client Management: Meet clients for need analysis, explain property features, and manage relationships to drive repeat business.
• Property Promotion: Showcase residential, commercial, and, luxury properties.
• Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to finalize deals.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. 

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1–4+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
• Skills: Excellent communication (Hindi/English), negotiation skills, and a "go-getter" attitude.
• Logistics: Own vehicle is mandatory.
• Location: Based in Sector 136, Noida. 

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Estimated between ₹20000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
• Structure: Full-time, 6 days a week.
