Job Responsibilities:

Maintain follow ups with the clients.

Explain products/services clearly.

Handle customer queries.

Maintain call records and reports.

Achieve daily/weekly call targets.

Provide guidence to the tele callers and provide proper training to them.

Travel for meeting clients for proper explaination.

Requirements:

STRONG AND IMPRESSIVE VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS (Hindi/English)

Must have good computer knowledge

Confident, polite, and persuasive attitude

Ability to handle customers patiently.
