Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager 

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing strategies to achieve targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring team performance.


Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

-Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.

-Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

-Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

-Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

-Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance reviews for the team.

-Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

-Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.

-Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.


Required Skills:

-Strong leadership and team management skills.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

-Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.

-Good knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.

-Ability to handle client queries and close deals effectively.


Qualification:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

-MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred).


Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate/property sales.


Salary:

35k to 40k + attractive incentives.
