Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, understanding their property requirements, and guiding them through site visits and closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and generate sales leads
- Conduct meetings and property site visits with clients
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow-up regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work under targets
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
- Experience in real estate is preferred
