Job Description

Role Objective

To lead the Pre-Sales team, ensure the number of meetings/site visits as per given targets, coordinate & monitor meetings till closure, drive till closer of the deal, revenue growth, manage client relationships, and ensure achievement of sales targets through effective strategy, team management, and market insights.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure achievement within timelines.
  • Converting prospects into clientele

2. Team Leadership

  • Train, and mentor pre-sales executives.
  • Set clear KRAs and monitor team performance.
  • Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective targets.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate deals and close high-value transactions.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide insights to management for product positioning and promotions.

5. Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
  • Align with the pre-sales team for smooth lead handover and conversion.
  • Coordinate with finance/legal teams for documentation and compliance.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales performance.
  • Track KPIs like conversion ratios, revenue growth, and site visit outcomes.
  • Present sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
