Job Description
We are Looking For a Dynamic Sales Manager Who We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with proven experience in team handling and a strong understanding of Home Loan and LAP (Loan Against Property) products. have experience of team handling good knowledge of product Home Loan / Lap Loan.
KRA
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Drive business growth through sourcing new customers for Home Loan and LAP products.
- Ensure proper login and disbursal of files with adherence to company policies and turnaround time.
- Monitor team performance through regular reviews and provide necessary training or guidance.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners to ensure continuous business flow.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursement teams for smooth processing.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports on sales performance and productivity.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales.
- Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.
