Position Overview

 

Sales Manager (Male/Female)

 

Function Related Activities/Key

Responsibilities  

As a Team Lead, you will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. We are looking for an experienced and result oriented Sales Manager who understands what it takes to motivate and lead a team. The candidate should have strong communication & leadership skills in handling the sales operations.   

 

The position holder shall be responsible for achieving individual Sales targets and managing executives.  

 

 

 Your Role at Large

  

Key Responsibilities  

  • 100% Field Sales for real estate projects, including site visits, client meetings and deal closures.  
  • Manage guide and motivate Sales Executives/ Channel Partners for property sales.
  • Ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets for residential/commercial properties.

·      Oversee the entire sales funnel – lead generation, site visits, negotiations and booking.

·      Monitor and improve conversion ratios, walk-ins, site visit closures and booking performance.

·      Track and analyze sales KPIs such as leads, site visits, bookings and revenue.

·      Train sales executives on project details, pricing, payment plans and customer handling.

·      Drive team performance through incentives and performance reviews.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

·      Assist team members in negotiations and high-value deal closures.

 

Qualifications

 

●     Graduate or Post-graduate in any stream

●     Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience  

 

 

 

 

Basic Requirements:

 

●      Ability to manage targets and pressure

●     Must own a car

●     Good communication & leadership skills

●     Minimum age 30 years

 

 

 

Salary & Benefits: ●     6-7 LPA (be ₹50,000 per month) + Profit Sharing + Incentives
