Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our e-commerce sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue, managing sales teams, developing strategic partnerships, and optimizing sales performance across digital platforms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve e-commerce revenue targets.

Manage and mentor the sales/business development team to improve performance and productivity.

Drive sales through online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and company websites.

Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize sales plans.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalations when required.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.

Monitor competitor activities and recommend pricing or promotional strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of e-commerce sales channels and digital selling strategies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in e-commerce sales management.
