Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of sales executives/BDMs to achieve individual and team targets.

Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.

Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and deal negotiations.

Provide training and support to team members to boost performance.

Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high client satisfaction.

Regular reporting to senior management on sales progress and pipeline.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of proven real estate sales experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and team player.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
