Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Manager with at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, closing property deals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, online platforms, and field activities.
• Manage and convert incoming sales inquiries into successful deals.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate property prices and finalize sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
