Position: Sales Manager

Experience Required: 7+ Years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets

• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to drive high performance

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

• Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures

• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports and forecasts

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities

• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales initiatives

• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development

• Hands-on experience as a Sales Manager, including team leadership and deal closure

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Target-driven and strategic mindset

• Experience in team handling and revenue growth

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
