Sales Manager

• Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and conversions.
• Guide and motivate the team with daily briefings, training, and performance tracking.
• Generate leads through multiple sources and maintain a strong client database.
• Handle client meetings, negotiations, and property site visits.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth sales processes.
• Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and confident in client handling.
• Qualification:Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
