Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within government departments, Public Sector Units (PSUs), and related agencies. 
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with government officials, procurement departments, and key decision-makers. 
  • Actively monitor and participate in government tenders, e-procurement portals, GEM (Government e-Marketplace), and other bidding platforms. 
  • Prepare, submit, and manage competitive bids, tenders, and proposals in line with government guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct negotiations, finalize contracts, and achieve or surpass assigned sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Estimation, Production, and Logistics to ensure the smooth and timely execution of orders.
  • Remain updated on government procurement policies, tender notifications, and market dynamics.
  • Represent the company professionally in government meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Manage comprehensive documentation, ensure compliance, and perform diligent follow-ups for project execution and payment recovery.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and management reports.
