Job Description

The Back Office Sales Executive will support the sales team by handling leads, quotations, follow-ups, dealer coordination, order processing, and customer communication across B2B, B2C, and Channel Sales. The role is critical for smooth sales operations and revenue growth.


  • Key Responsibilities🔹 B2B & B2C Sales SupportHandle incoming sales inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, website leads)
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products/services
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and pricing
  • Follow up with customers for order closure
  • Coordinate with accounts and logistics for order execution


🔹 Channel / Dealer Sales Support Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and channel partners

  • Share price lists, schemes, product updates, and offers
  • Maintain dealer onboarding documents and agreements
  • Track dealer orders, dispatch status, and payment follow-ups
  • Resolve dealer queries and escalate issues if required

🔹 Order & Documentation Management Prepare Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices, GST invoices

  • Maintain customer and dealer records in CRM / ERP
  • Ensure proper documentation for dispatch and billing
  • Maintain MIS reports (daily / weekly / monthly sales data)

🔹 CRM & Reporting Update leads, follow-ups, and status in CRM system

  • Generate sales reports, conversion reports, and pipeline data
  • Coordinate with sales managers for performance tracking

🔹 Coordination & Communication Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Service, Warehouse, and Logistics

  • Schedule product demos or installation support if required
  • Ensure timely response to customers and partners
  • Skills Required Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of B2B, B2C, and Channel Sales process
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, ERP, MS Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple dealers/customers
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and target-focused
  • Preferred Industry Experience POS Billing Machines
  • IT Hardware / Software
