Job Description

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for exhibition space and sponsorship sales.
  3. Client Acquisition:
  4. Identify, approach, and close new business with potential exhibitors across relevant industry segments.
  5. Key Account Management:
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high retention and repeat participation.
  7. Market Research & Lead Generation:
  8. Conduct thorough industry research to identify new prospects and generate qualified leads.
  9. Proposal Development:
  10. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  11. Revenue Tracking & Reporting:
  12. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts through CRM tools.
  13. On-ground Support & Coordination:
  14. Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth exhibitor experience before and during the event.
  15. Networking & Representation:
  16. Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking platforms to promote the exhibition brand.
  17. Target Achievement:
  18. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  19. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  20. Liaise with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure aligned communication and customer satisfaction.
