Conversion Specialist – ERP SolutionsWe are hiring a Conversion Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ERP consulting, or business development. The offered salary ranges between ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

The candidate will be responsible for interacting directly with business owners, finance heads, and decision-makers to convert potential leads into ERP customers.

• Key Responsibilities:Engage with businesses to understand their accounting, GST, inventory, payroll, and operational requirements.
• Identify pain points in existing systems and position the ERP solution accordingly.
• Conduct product demonstrations (online/offline) and explain ERP features in a business-focused manner.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing channels, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Prepare customized proposals, pricing discussions, and close deals.
• Handle objection management and negotiate effectively to improve conversion ratios.
• Coordinate with the technical/implementation team for smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain CRM records of prospects, follow-ups, and conversion status.
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage renewals and upselling of modules.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong understanding of accounting, GST compliance, inventory management, and business processes.
• Prior experience in ERP, accounting software, SaaS sales, or B2B solution selling is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
• Ability to explain technical features in simple business language.
• Basic understanding of ERP workflows and implementation processes.
