Job Description
- Outbound calling: Make calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services and generate interest.
- Sales and lead generation: Explain product benefits, persuade customers to purchase, and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
- Inbound calls: Answer calls from customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information.
- Customer relationship management: Maintain and update customer records in a CRM, and keep detailed logs of conversations.
- Market research: Gather customer feedback and identify customer needs and market trends.
