Sales & Marketing Executive

We are urgently hiring smart and aggressive Field Sales Executives for our growing Interior Designing Company. This role is 100% field sales and ideal for candidates who are confident, target-driven, and serious about earning high incentives.

• 💼 Key Responsibilities:Meet clients at site/home and close interior design deals
• Actively generate leads and convert walk-in & field leads
• Pitch our interior design services confidently
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with designers

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong follow-up until deal closure
• ✅ Mandatory Requirements:Minimum 1 year field sales experience (Interior / Real Estate / Construction preferred)
• Strong convincing & negotiation skills
• Comfortable with daily field work
• Must have own two-wheeler
