Job Description – B2B Sales & Lead Generation (Digital Marketing Services)Position

OverviewWe are looking for a B2B Sales & Lead Generation Specialist who can generate qualified leads, pitch digital marketing services, and close business deals with SMBs, startups, and enterprises. The role involves both outbound lead generation and direct sales of digital marketing services such as SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.


  • Key Responsibilities1. Lead GenerationGenerate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, WhatsApp, and networking.
  • Identify potential industries and companies requiring digital marketing services.
  • Build and maintain a database of target accounts and decision-makers.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha (optional but preferred).
  • 2. Research & ProspectingConduct research to understand client needs, competitors, and market opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects based on marketing budget, business size, and digital maturity.
  • 3. Outreach & Appointment SettingReach out to prospects and schedule discovery calls/meetings for the sales team or handle them independently.
  • Create effective outreach messages and follow-up strategies.
  • 4. Sales & Client AcquisitionPresent digital marketing services to decision-makers (founders, CEOs, marketing heads).
  • Understand client goals, pain points, and marketing requirements.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, media plans, and pricing sheets.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • 5. CRM & Pipeline ManagementUpdate lead status, meeting outcomes, proposals, and closures in CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Track conversion metrics and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • 6. Internal CoordinationCoordinate with SEO, SMM, Performance Marketing, Content, and Web Development teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Share client expectations and project scope with the operations team.
  • 7. ReportingProvide weekly and monthly reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, proposals sent, and deals closed.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Good understanding of digital services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle outbound sales pressure and meet targets.
  • Experience with CRM and outreach tools.
  • Preferred QualificationsPrior agency experience in sales or lead generation.
  • Working knowledge of digital campaign metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROI, ROAS).
  • Ability to create quick sales proposals and basic pitch decks.
  • Existing network of prospective clients is an added advantage.
