Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, understanding customer needs, and converting leads into sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

1. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales inquiries.
2. Promote company services and clearly explain features, benefits, and pricing.
3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems.
6. Follow up with potential customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Handle customer objections professionally and resolve basic queries or complaints.
8. Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong communication and persuasion skills.
9. Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
10. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
11. Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
12. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
13. Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
14. Prior experience in telesales or telecalling is an advantage.
