Job Description: We are hiring Field Sales Executives for industrial UPS systems (3kVA – 200kVA).

This is a high-growth, high-incentive role involving direct interaction with factory owners, purchase heads, and contractors.

What You Will Do:

• Visit industrial areas daily (Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad)
• Generate leads via field visits, references, and cold outreach
• Understand customer requirements and suggest UPS solutions
• Coordinate with internal team for quotations
• Follow up and close deals aggressively

Earning Potential : Average deal size: ₹50,000 – ₹3,00,000

• Incentives on every deal
• No upper earning cap

Requirements:

• 1–4 years sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Field sales experience is a strong advantage
• Basic understanding of electrical products is a plus
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Must be comfortable with daily field visits
