Role: Telesales / Telecalling (In-house)

• ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and explain Code2R’s algorithm software and fintech services.
• Understand customer needs and guide them with the right product information.
• Maintain follow-up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert assigned leads into active customers through effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/Excel.
• Provide after-sales support by coordinating with the backend and technical team.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase conversions and retention.
• Requirements Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or stock market industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads confidently.
• Basic understanding of trading, Demat accounts, or financial products (training will be provided).
• Positive attitude, consistency, and willingness to achieve targets.
