Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify emerging market trends and convert insights into actionable sales initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales objectives with business goals
• Develop and execute business growth strategies, analyse the database for resulting in consistent revenue increases and new market penetration
• Build and manage high-value client portfolios across the market.
• Negotiation and close complex and high-value deals
• Making outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Look for ways to improve overall by brainstorming new ideas that streamline processes.
• Promoting company products and services and also attending training for the updation of property listings on a timely basis.
• Achieving assigned sales targets and maintaining customer relationships
• Updating customer records and reporting daily sales activities with the challenges faced.
