Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our real estate sales operations. The role requires strong team handling, revenue generation, channel partner management, and strategic sales planning to drive consistent growth across residential and commercial projects.



Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive end-to-end sales for residential and commercial real estate projects
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners
  • Lead site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures

Team Handling & Leadership

  • Lead, train, and mentor the in-house sales team
  • Set daily/weekly targets and monitor individual performance
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
  • Improve team productivity, conversion ratios, and customer engagement

Channel Partner & Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and consultants
  • Ensure consistent lead flow and deal conversion through partners
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, site promotions, and lead generation

Strategy & Reporting

  • Develop sales strategies aligned with market trends and project positioning
  • Track sales MIS, forecasting, and revenue reports
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing inputs to management
  • Support management in launch planning and go-to-market strategies

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure high-quality customer experience from inquiry to possession
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business



Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 6–12 years in Sales, mandatory in Real Estate Industry (Residential & Commercial).
  • Experience in IT Sales & Software Sales would be an added advantage.
  • Proven expertise in team handling and revenue-driven sales roles
  • Strong background in B2B & B2C sales, negotiations, and closures
  • Experience working with channel partners and large sales teams
  • Ability to manage high-value deals and strategic accounts
