Job Title: Field Sales Manager – Projects & B2B Sales

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to drive business growth through project mapping, architect tie-ups, and strategic B2B engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring Havells products are specified and approved across commercial and residential projects.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Mapping & Tracking:


Identify and map upcoming residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in the assigned territory.


Maintain a robust project tracker with details of project status, stakeholders, and expected requirements.


Engage with builders, developers, consultants, and procurement heads.


Architect & Influencer Tie-ups:


Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and PMC firms.


Conduct product presentations, demos, and training to influencers for brand advocacy.


Ensure Havells products are specified in design stages.


Channel Sales Coordination:


Coordinate with dealers/distributors for effective order fulfillment and after-sales service.


Monitor secondary sales and assist channel partners in project conversions.


Lead Generation & Conversion:


Generate leads from field visits, exhibitions, networking events, and digital platforms.


Convert leads into firm inquiries and orders through consultative selling.
