Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to manage, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of real estate sales, and the ability to drive targets while maintaining team discipline and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Allocate leads and ensure proper follow-up by team members

Monitor call quality, client handling, and site visit conversions

Train new joiners on product knowledge, sales pitch, and CRM usage

Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews

Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional communication within the team

Resolve team-level issues and escalate only critical matters to management

Coordinate with management for sales strategies and campaign execution

Maintain accurate sales reports and MIS

Ensure company policies and reporting hierarchy are strictly followed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate sales (plots/farmhouses/projects preferred)

Strong leadership and team-handling skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability

Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Professional attitude and disciplined work approach

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Immediate joiner or short notice period

Experience handling a team of 5–15 members

Familiar with Noida / NCR real estate market
