Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with direct clients and agencies.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute client campaigns effectively.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain sales reports and update CRM regularly.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Post-Graduation / MBA in Marketing (preferred).

• Experience: 3–7 years in B2B Sales, preferably in OOH Media, Advertising, or related industries.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Other Attributes: Smart, confident, well-presentable, and proactive in client engagement.

• Mobility: Must be comfortable commuting across Delhi NCR for client meetings.
