Job Description: Imperial Associates is seeking a skilled Sales & Service Engineer for Packaging Machines to manage installation, repair, and after-sales service of packaging machines, including Rotary PFS GP Packing Machines, Jar/Can Filling Machines, Multi Track Packaging Machine and End of Line Packaging Equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and troubleshoot Packaging machines at client sites
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance
• Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical faults
• Maintain service reports and client feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams for parts and support
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt after-sales service
• Skills Required:Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience in packaging machinery servicing
• Field service and troubleshooting ability
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic English understanding
