Job Description

We are hiring a highly target-oriented and performance-driven Team Leader to manage and drive a team of B2B Sales Executives. The role requires strong leadership, daily performance monitoring, and consistent achievement of team revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of Inside Sales Executives
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Monitor team performance, call quality, and productivity
  • Conduct daily huddles, reviews, and performance feedback sessions
  • Support team in closing deals and handling escalations
  • Ensure CRM discipline and data accuracy
  • Train, motivate, and improve team conversion rates

๐ŸŽฏ KRA (Key Responsibility Areas) โ€“ At Joining

๐Ÿ”น Self Performance (Mandatory)

  • Minimum 60 minutes talktime/day (prospect validation & closures)
  • Minimum 2โ€“3 closures/month (self contribution)

๐Ÿ”น Team Performance

  • Achieve daily sales targets assigned to the team
  • Ensure 100% target allocation and tracking
  • Drive minimum 120โ€“150 calls per executive/day
  • Maintain team talktime efficiency (3โ€“4 hours per executive/day)

๐Ÿ”น Sales Process Control

  • Minimum 4 escalations/video meets per day with team members
  • Validate all closures before final conversion
  • Ensure proper follow-up and pipeline management

๐Ÿ”น Review & Reporting

  • Daily EOD performance review with team
  • Submit daily reports (calls, talktime, revenue, conversions)
  • Track underperformers and implement improvement plans
