We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate our sales team. The role involves lead management, team supervision, target achievement, training of team members, and ensuring high conversion rates for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/telecallers.

Assign daily leads, monitor follow-ups, and track team performance.

Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and site visit numbers.

Conduct regular team meetings, training, and sales guidance sessions.

Handle direct customer meetings, calls, and negotiations when required.

Convert high-value leads and support team members in closing deals.

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Coordinate with marketing, admin, and field teams for smooth operations.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, and competitor activities.

Requirements

1–5 years of sales experience in real estate (team leader experience preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to train and motivate team members effectively.
