Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, work to meet sales targets, and identify new business opportunities. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analysing market trends, and providing reports on sales performance. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Sales Management, Business Development, and client relationship management
- Ability to analyse market trends, sales metrics, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills
- Effective communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and drive team performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the field of real estate sales & advisory for a minimum of 2 years.
- BBA/MBA in marketing is preferred.
