Job Description
Leads telesales or sales teams to drive personal loan and overdraft targets
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives/callers to achieve daily/monthly/quarterly targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance through KPIs like call quality, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to optimize telesales techniques, manage funnels, and secure leads.
- Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions, role-plays, and performance reviews.
- Operational Control: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, handle escalation, and report on performance. foundit +4
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1–5 years of sales or team management experience, preferably in finance, loans, or fintech.
- Skills: Proven telesales expertise, leadership capabilities, strong communication, and Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel.
