Job Description

📌 Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of real estate agents. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, oversee daily operations, and develop strategies to expand market share while maintaining exceptional client service standards.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new real estate agents
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
  • Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct regular team meetings and strategy sessions

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase listings and closings
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Support agents in negotiations and complex transactions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners

Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with real estate laws and brokerage policies

  • Oversee transaction processes from listing to closing
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
  • Manage budgets and marketing initiatives

Marketing & GrowthDevelop local marketing campaigns

  • Strengthen brand presence in the market
  • Identify new business opportunities


✅ QualificationsProven experience in real estate sales (2–5+ years preferred)

  • Prior leadership or team management experience
  • Valid real estate license
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of local property market trends
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
