Job Description
📌 Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of real estate agents. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, oversee daily operations, and develop strategies to expand market share while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, onboard, and train new real estate agents
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct regular team meetings and strategy sessions
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase listings and closings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Support agents in negotiations and complex transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with real estate laws and brokerage policies
- Oversee transaction processes from listing to closing
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
- Manage budgets and marketing initiatives
Marketing & GrowthDevelop local marketing campaigns
- Strengthen brand presence in the market
- Identify new business opportunities
✅ QualificationsProven experience in real estate sales (2–5+ years preferred)
- Prior leadership or team management experience
- Valid real estate license
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of local property market trends
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
