Job Overview:

As an Inside Credit Card Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products and services to prospective customers over the phone or through online channels. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service and adhering to all relevant compliance and regulatory guidelines.


Responsibilities:

 Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote credit card products and services.

 Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Maintain a thorough understanding of the credit card offerings and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

 Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing accurate and comprehensive information about credit card products and services.

 Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed.

 Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

 Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the credit card market.

 Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and results.


Qualifications:

 High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).

 Proven experience in sales, preferably in the credit card industry.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong understanding of credit card products and financial concepts.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
