Job Title: Real Estate Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Team Leader who can effectively manage and lead a team of 5–6 sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure team achievement.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 5–6 real estate sales executives.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training.
• Handle client interactions, site visits, and deal closures when required.
• Support team members in lead conversion and negotiation.
• Ensure proper follow-ups with clients and maintain CRM records.
• Conduct daily meetings and activity tracking of team members.
• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and professional behavior within the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (with leadership experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and trends.

Salary Range:₹40,000 – ₹70,000 (depending on experience) + incentives
