We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives. The role involves driving property sales, handling client interactions, monitoring leads, and ensuring team targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives
• Generate and assign leads to the team
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets
• Support team in deal negotiation and closing
• Track team performance and prepare sales reports

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 1–4 years experience in real estate sales
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
• Experience in team handling and target-driven environment
