Team Leader – Personal Loan / Overdraft | Fynnedge
Role Summary
We are hiring a Team Leader with experience in Personal Loans and Overdraft (OD) to manage a sales team, drive conversions, and achieve disbursement targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales executives
Drive Personal Loan & OD sales and achieve targets
Monitor team performance, conversions, and productivity
Handle customer escalations and ensure smooth processing
Coordinate with lenders (Banks/NBFCs) for approvals
Requirements
3–6 years experience in Personal Loan / Overdraft sales
Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience
Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills
Experience in fintech/DSA/NBFC preferred
