Job Title: Real Estate Team Leader
Location: Sector 135, Noida
Department: Sales / Real Estate
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Team Leader to manage, guide, and drive a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and a proven track record in real estate sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents
- Set sales targets and ensure team members achieve individual and team goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Assist team members in closing high-value deals
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing agents
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and developers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in real estate sales (2–6 years recommended)
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
