Job Title: Real Estate Team Leader

Location: Sector 135, Noida

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Team Leader to manage, guide, and drive a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents
  • Set sales targets and ensure team members achieve individual and team goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Assist team members in closing high-value deals
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing agents
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and developers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management
  • Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in real estate sales (2–6 years recommended)
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market and trends
