Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance
- Ensure work quality and timely completion of tasks
- Handle team queries and resolve work-related issues
- Coordinate with management and other departments
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
- Train new team members and support skill development
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years of experience as Team Leader or Senior Executive
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team and handle pressure
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Reporting)
