Job Title: Sales Team Lead – Real Estate

Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Team Lead is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve property sales targets. This role involves driving site visits, closing deals, training team members, and coordinating with marketing and senior management to maximize revenue.


Key Responsibilities



Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate sales executives



Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and track performance



Generate leads and assign them to team members effectively



Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews



Support the team in negotiations and deal closures



Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and high conversion ratios



Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, site visits, and promotions



Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and CRM updates



Handle escalated customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction



Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies




Required Skills & Competencies



Strong leadership and people-management skills



Excellent communication and negotiation abilities



Proven closing skills in residential or commercial real estate



Target-driven and result-oriented mindset



Ability to analyze sales data and improve team performance



Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office




Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field



3–5 years of experience in real estate sales



Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a team lead or senior sales role
