Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader to manage and guide a team of Business Development Executives in the e-commerce and logistics domain. The role involves team handling, target achievement, performance monitoring, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of BDEs to achieve sales targets

Monitor daily performance, call quality, conversions, and productivity

Set targets, track KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement

Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance

Handle escalations and support team in closing key deals

Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports

Ensure process adherence and discipline within the team

Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to management

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong team-handling and leadership skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Experience in B2C sales, e-commerce, or logistics sales

Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Ability to train and mentor team members

Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting

Qualifications

Graduation mandatory

Minimum 3+ years of experience, including 1–2 years in a Team Leader role

Experience in e-commerce, logistics, courier, or last-mile delivery preferred
