Script Writer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Script Writer who can craft engaging, clear, and impactful scripts for digital platforms such as YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other video-based content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, audience psychology, and platform-specific content formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write compelling scripts for short-form and long-form video content
• Research topics to ensure accuracy, relevance, and value-driven content
• Develop strong hooks, storytelling flow, and CTAs
• Adapt tone and style based on the target audience and platform
• Collaborate with content creators, editors, and marketing teams
• Revise scripts based on feedback and performance insights
• Ensure scripts align with brand voice and content strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in script writing, content writing, or storytelling
• Strong command over English / Hindi / Hinglish (as required)
• Understanding of YouTube & social media content formats
• Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging narratives
• Basic knowledge of SEO and audience retention (preferred)
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience writing for YouTube, podcasts, or ad scripts
• Understanding of analytics and content performance
• Experience in edtech, finance, tech, or creator economy (if applicable)
