Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Avanade Scrum Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum Framework, and other project management tools. - Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Avanade Scrum Project Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software development projects. - This position is based at our Noida office.
