Job Description

We are looking for a highly reliable and execution-focused Executive Assistant to the Founder to manage daily priorities, ensure strong follow-ups, and support smooth coordination across teams.


Key Responsibilities :-

  • Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and schedules
  • Track delegated tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Draft emails, maintain trackers, and organize documentation
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support


Requirements :-

  • 3–6 years’ experience in an EA / Admin / Coordination role
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills (non-negotiable)
  • Good command over English and MS Office (Excel & Word)
  • High reliability, discretion, and ownership mindset
  • Based within practical commuting distance and open to a long-term role
