Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing Digital Marketing company. The ideal candidate will manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and partners.
  • Draft emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Assist the CEO in project coordination and follow-ups with different departments (SEO, PPC, Content, Sales, etc.).
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize company events, executive meetings, and client interactions when required.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide data insights to support decision-making.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
  • Support administrative duties including documentation, file management, and expense tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and presentation tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Digital Marketing or IT company.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing workflows and tools.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
