Job Description
Job Title: Executive AssistantExperience: 4 – 5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel schedules
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Handle emails, calls, and internal/external communication
- Coordinate with teams and follow up on action items
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent time management & multitasking ability
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Professional etiquette and problem-solving mindset
Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate preferred
- 4–5 years of relevant Executive Assistant experience
