Job Description

Job Title: Executive AssistantExperience: 4 – 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel schedules
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Handle emails, calls, and internal/external communication
  • Coordinate with teams and follow up on action items
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Excellent time management & multitasking ability
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Professional etiquette and problem-solving mindset

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate preferred
  • 4–5 years of relevant Executive Assistant experience
