Summary: As a Security Advisor, you will lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead the development and implementation of security solutions. - Assess and manage risk reducing behaviors and processes. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. - Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in One Identity Manager. - Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices. - Experience in conducting security assessments and audits. - Knowledge of identity and access management principles. - Hands-on experience in implementing security solutions. - Familiarity with security compliance standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in One Identity Manager. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
